Improvement of the control and maintenance system of an oil refining plant in modern conditions

The article discusses the problem of development and optimization of human resources in the organization of the Kuibyshev Oil Refinery. The author describes the modern realities of operating oil refineries, describes the risks associated with ways to identify the strengths and weaknesses of personnel, develop a personnel management strategy and increase productivity, quality and efficiency of the company. The purpose of this article is to study the modern realities of the operation of an oil refining plant, describe the main aspects of the work of personnel, identify the main risks that cause losses to the enterprise, as well as propose ways to diversify them.
