Improving personnel management system at JSC «325 aircraft repair plant»

The article deals with personnel management system of the enterprise JSC «325 Aircraft Repair Plant» (OJSC «325 ARP»). The aim of this work is to develop measures to improve the personnel management system. The analysis identified the problems currently existing in the system of personnel management, the company calculated the financial losses of these problems, made recommendations to address these problems, and calculate the costs of the proposed activities.
