The article deals with the problems associated with changes in the management system of service companies in modern conditions. It is shown that the changes will be successful only if a new worldview is formed among the project participants. In taking measures to improve the management system, first you should simulate the impact of potential changes on all components, otherwise the manager risks the success of business management activities of the company.
