Improving the inventory management system of an industrial enterprise (by the example of Taneco JSC)

This article defines the concept of inventory and their role in production. The types of material resources and ways to reduce their volume are considered. The author analyzed the efficiency of the use of material resources on the example of the industrial enterprise JSC "TANECO" in the context of three years, identified the main external and internal factors affecting the results of the efficient use of material resources, gave recommendations and suggestions.
