Improvement of technical work of swimming plants when performing the start

The need of the research was the lack of clear theoretical concepts when teaching technique of the start. The purpose is to identify effective ways of learning and improving new techniques start. Research methods: pedagogical experiment, analysis of scientific and methodical literature, instrumental methods of research. At a research of the technique of start spatial, temporary and dynamic characteristics of separate phases and all start in general were removed. The analysis of the data was obtained by summarizing the results that are presented in the form of model characteristics in all phases of the start when swimming the crawl, breaststroke and butterfly.
