Improvement of technological principles of servicing residents and employers as the factor to increase employment center performance efficiency

Problems of technologization of local employment centres have been analysed in this article. The essence and content of the Integrated Technology of Serving the Unemployed Population at Employment Centers of Ukraine have been revealed. The principles of building it and the main target units have been analysed. A special attention has been paid to revealing the objectives of creation and organization of operations of functional and space sectors in employment centres, forms and methods of co-operation with employers. Technological aspects of activating the unemployed and increasing of their responsibility for finding job have been analysed.
