Improvement of grinding technologies for the management account of the circle form

In the article results of researches of perfection of processes of a shaping of surfaces of details, release of a deep profile, and also deep apertures due to management of deterioration of the tool and its form are resulted. When processing these surfaces, and also in conditions of low rigidity of the technological system, the wear of the circle is manifested by three mechanisms: edge, run-in and natural. Edge wear is the initial increased fracture of the edges and protrusions of the cutting surface. Run-in wear occurs over a large surface of the circle, it is associated with an uneven load across the sections. With a normal passage of the process, this mechanism degenerates into a natural one. Natural wear is characteristic for working conditions, when the shape of the circle acquires a quasi-stable form of optimal wear. The existence of forms of natural wear and tear during friction and cutting is a well-known fact. For example, when the tool is adjusted to provide the optimal shape for the particular working conditions, its resistance significantly increases. When grinding deep holes, when the rigidity is small, the shape of the circle from the cylindrical is transformed into a cone-conformal. Making circles initially cone-shaped forms allows to provide qualitatively new processes of semi-finished and fine grinding. No less effects were obtained by us with flat and centreless round grinding.
