As the result of accelerating scientific and technological progress to the fore the issues of effective human interaction and technology are raised. Under these conditions, increasing productivity and attractiveness of work depends largely on the construction of the labor process in general, the nature of the interaction of working with tools. At present time the special attention is paid to the human factors, the rational use of which depends on the efficiency of the labor process.
