The unconditional national priority today is to ensure the rights and legitimate interests of minors as the most vulnerable part of the population in need of special state protection. The author of the article emphasizes the need to create new and strengthen existing criminal legal mechanisms aimed at ensuring the protection of children and adolescents from crimes against sexual inviolability.
