The article deals with the problems of evaluating management processes that are related to the specifics of management activities. Based on the analysis of scientific sources, the forms of evaluating the quality of management processes are described. The reasons that make it difficult to conduct an objective and comprehensive assessment are considered. The necessity of applying a systematic approach to improving management processes is justified.
