Improving the management of diversification activities of enterprises of the military-industrial complex

The article presents the results of a study of the process of managing the diversification activities of enterprises of the military-industrial complex. The analysis of the degree of scientific development of the problem under consideration is carried out. The main tasks of its improvement in the modern conditions of socio-economic development of Russia are determined. The method of choosing management decisions regulating the diversification activities of enterprises of the military-industrial complex is presented. Algorithms for performing the basic procedures of this technique have been developed. The implementation of the results of this study will improve the efficiency of managing the diversification activities of enterprises of the military-industrial complex.
