Perfecting of management of finance of budgetary institutions of health care (on the example of the Ryazan region)

In this article problems of development of branch of health care in the Russian Federation are considered (on the example of the Ryazan region). The analysis of financing of budgetary institutions of health care from budgets of all levels is carried out, the analysis of financial activity and market conditions of budgetary institution is submitted. Ways of management of financial resources of budgetary institutions in health sector, for the purpose of increase in effectiveness of their activity and further development are offered.
