Improving the management of material and information flows of enterprises

The article proves that the main content of logistics management is the development of control actions. It was found out that in the economy, the logistics system occupies a central place among various models of logistic forms, that is, an adaptive economic system formed by enterprises and other business entities that interact with them in the process of implementing economic relations to promote the material flow in logistics chains formed with the participation of enterprises to end consumers with minimal logistical costs. It is determined that the improvement of the management of logistics activities of enterprises can be ensured through the use of various organizational forms, methods and tools of logistics management, which would ensure the systemic unity of flow processes. It was found out that the scale of logistics processes is determined primarily by the volume and structure of production and sale of marketable products. It is proved that the problems of organizing material flows with the participation of enterprises in terms of material support for basic production, vehicles, and other material resources of industrial origin are even more difficult due to insufficient financial resources, unacceptable credit conditions, and revision of procurement schemes for such resources. It is determined that the organization of economic relations of enterprises with other business entities involved in the processes of processing, transportation, and sale of products plays an important role in the product reproduction system.
