Improvement of labor productivity management in the organization (on the example of PJSC "Kaluga Turbine Plant")

The article examines the issues of improving the management of labor productivity in the organization on the example of PJSC Kaluga Turbine Plant. The system of labor productivity management at PJSC "KTZ" is presented. The use of such a Kaizen tool as the TRM system (Universal Equipment Care) is proposed. It is summed up that the transition from the traditional system to the Kaizen system will allow PJSC Kaluga Turbine Plant to improve labor productivity management.
