Problems of the housing and services of the Soviet district in the KHMAO-Ugra and ways of their solution

The article discusses the problems in the field of housing and communal complex of the Sovetsky district. The analytical data of the housing and communal services of the Municipal Formation Sovetsky District are presented. The main directions of improving the activities of local authorities in the field of housing and communal services are considered. Recommendations are generated and the expected effect of the implementation of measures is described.
