Improving employment management in the Republic of Tyva

The Republic of Tuva has a high unemployment rate due to the seasonality of agricultural work, underdevelopment of industry and small businesses, low qualifications of workers and the geographical remoteness of the region. The authors conducted a study of the problems of employment management in the Republic of Tyva and developed proposals for its improvement. The analysis of the current situation in the labor market of the Republic of Tyva is carried out, the main problems and causes of unemployment are identified.
