Improving the cost management of a manufacturing enterprise

The article deals with topical issues of optimizing the cost management system at a manufacturing enterprise. As a result of the analysis of the features of the formation of the cost of production at JSC "Bearing Plant", weaknesses and inefficient methods of cost planning were identified. Proposals have been developed to improve cost management, which will lead to a reduction in the cost of production of the plant and increase the efficiency of its financial and economic activities.
