Improvement of the operator's working conditions and safety during the washing and disinfection of agricultural equipment

It is necessary to comply with a certain number of requirements for various organization of manufacturing activities, namely, implementation only in specialized premises that are equipped for a certain type of work. Various veterinary facilities are required for the full functioning of all branches of animal husbandry as well. The sanitary checkpoint of the educational and experimental farming is one of such facilities. It is a structural subdivision of St. Petersburg State Agrarian University, which plays an important role not only in observing simple hygiene standards, but also in the system of preventive and anti-epidemic measures. The working conditions and safety of operators during the washing and disinfection of agricultural equipment, the state and regulatory requirements for the organization of a sanitary checkpoint on the territories of agricultural complexes and on the educational and experimental farming were analyzed, as well as the existing solutions for the organization of washing and disinfection of agricultural machinery. After that, a special installation for washing and disinfection of agricultural equipment was proposed for development. This installation works autonomously and excludes the presence of an operator in the working area, and it allows you to clean and disinfect the entire surface and bottom with a simple design, minimal water consumption and the ability to turn off the supply of disinfectant solution if necessary. The presented development allows to wash and to sanitize agricultural machinery in the educational and experimental farming of the university contemporaneously, observing environmental and labor protection requirements. This development can be recommended for further integration into the existing system of the enterprise, as well as for use in any agricultural enterprises.
