Improving the foreign policy tools under the influence of information and communication technologies

This article discusses the use of air drones, social media and system services of financial infrastructure to solve foreign policy problems. In author’s opinion, today the information and communication technologies are the main factor, transforming foreign policy tools. At the same time, it is concluded that the politicization of the elements of global financial infrastructure opens a new research area in political science knowledge.
