Improvements the certification procedure of high technology space rockets

In article ways and approaches to further improvement the certification procedure of high technology products of aerospace technique, aimed to achievement the world level of requirements (harmonized with international) to creation and certification the difficult and high technology products are stated. Expediency of further development the methods of certification, mainly, in the direction of realization the principle of «through» certification according to which methods and means of carrying out laboratory and stand working off the products of aerospace technique have to be exposed to verification procedures that does correct use of the received results for filling the considerable volume of matrix to check the implementation of requirements of a product for its certification is shown. The basic principles of certification (as way of verification) the test stands used in a production system that provides implementation of the above concept of improvement the certification procedure of high technology products of aerospace technique are formulated.
