This article considers the traditional culture of the Eastern Siberia autochthons (e.g. Buryats, Tuvinians, Khakasses) in, one of the most contradictory - the Soviet period in the history of Russia. In the article analysis of the sources have been made. They are the basis for the study the processes of the cultural development of ethnoses, preservation of their national constituent, of peoples moral, a great number of new, previously inaccessible documents have been introduced in the study and their modern interpretation has been done.
