The Soviet-German pact of August 23,1939: fiction and reality

The article deals with the historical peculiarities and complicated character of international relations in Europe in the second half of the 30th of the 20th century that led to the necessity of concluding a non-aggression pact between the USSR and Germany on August 23, 1939. The analysis of materials proves that there was no secret additional Protocol to the Pact.
