Soviet housing in the 1920-1930-ies.: between class and sustainability

In article on the basis of archival documents newly introduced into scientific use are reconstructed main trends of housing policy 1920-1930-ies. The correlation of the policy in the field of housing and communal services and the general model of economic development (war communism, the NEP and the forced industrialization) is revealed.
