Combining study and work as a factor of adaptation of students of vocational training organizations to the labor market

The "study - work" transition begins long before the immediate graduation from an educational organization. Combining study and work at PAO lays the foundation for successful labor integration, giving students the opportunity to acquire practical skills and potentially facilitating employment for them after graduation.
