Cohabitation at inheritance by disabled dependents

The article is devoted to inheritance disabled dependents of the testator. The features of inheritance of such a category of heirs are considered. Particular attention is paid to the fact of cohabitation of the disabled dependent with the testator, as a condition that raises a number of questions in the succession of the queue heirs.
