Modern state policy of development of the Far East: trends, problems and prospects

The article is the final of series of articles based on materials of the research project «The main characteristics of the labor forces in the Far Eastern Federal District as areas of priority economic and social development of the Russian Federation», realized at the School of Public Administration of Moscow State University State in 2016. The paper presents the results of the study of political-administrative factors that could have an impact on the realization of positive/negative scenarios of the implementation of territories of priority development as a basic tool of the development of the Far Eastern region, as well as the main directions of modern public policy for the development of the Far East.
