Promising modern typology of investment climate in Russian regions

The system of copyright regulations, according to which, for effective investment policy the priority targets are: accurate assessment of investment potential and investment attractiveness; sustainable credit and financial, tax and industrial policy; identify ways of creating favourable conditions for the development of the real sector of the regional economy in conditions of high competition; attracting foreign investment with effective use of interregional and foreign markets; creation of additional sources for the development of investment and innovation in connection with the depression of the majority of subjects skfo and its basic industries.
