Modern migration policy and its effect on a migratory security in the Asian part of Russia

The work considers criminological aspects regarded in the light of ensuring a migratory security in the state. The research shows that the migration policy of modern Russia is very contradictory. It does not always correspond to the interests of public and state security - a number of recent changes in the migratory legislation showing the evidence of this fact. The author gives his critical evaluation of the migration politics adequacy to legal realities of these days.
