Modern molecular genetic diagnosis and prevention of HIV infection

This article discusses modern molecular genetic approaches to the diagnosis of HIV infection, as well as preventive measures aimed at preventing the transmission of the human immunodeficiency virus. The goal is to study methods of laboratory diagnosis and prevention of HIV infection. A comparative analysis of molecular genetic research methods used in practical healthcare is carried out. The problems of obtaining false-positive and false-negative results from clinical trials for HIV infection are explored.
