The current regulatory and legal framework as a regulator of political parties activity in the Russian Federation

The article provides the political analysis for the dynamics of the modern regulatory and legal framework in relation to the political party functioning as the main mechanism for representation, as well as the most important platform for interactions between power and society at the beginning of XXI century. The research focuses on the most problematic points of the legislation of the Russian Federation on political parties that is of particular relevance in the context of modernization of Russian political party system as a part of structuring the state.
