Modern state policy in public health and new aspects of social pharmacy and specialists training

The article shows that one of the trends of modern state policy in health care is the importation of the spiritual and moral values to medicine, pharmacy and education. This is reflected in the "Agreement on Cooperation between the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation and the Russian Orthodox Church", which can be implemented in the educational process in accordance with the federal state educational standards of higher professional education, which is a new aspect in the social development of pharmacy.
