Modern Russia: the use features of Public Relations technologies in politics

The author analyzes the functioning specifics of public relations technologies in modern Russia and their use in the political sphere of society's life (election campaigns, communication methods of managers, public authorities and different segments of society and their representatives). The managerial attitude to life formed in the global informatization process moves to the everyday prioritization, restriction and negotiation of various competitive interests. To join the efforts of citizens and government agencies, the former should have real power resources, confidence to political institutions, desire and ability to cooperate with the authorities on the solution of the problems. The public relations have appeared in Russia not long ago and opened up new opportunities in the political sphere.
