Modern social-economic situation in Jewish autonomous region in the period of implementation of investment projects

The paper presents the current socio-economic trends in Jewish Autonomous region, due to the implementation of major investment projects. Two forecast versions of the region's development are proposed. The inertial forecast involves preservation of existing trends, while the optimistic one implies significant financial investments that will help the region overcome the crisis and begin its development.
