Modern tactics of treatment of coronary heart disease

Cardiovascular disease (CVD) is the leading cause of disability and death worldwide. In 2010, the WHO report was made in Geneva that 17.3 million people died from CVD, which accounted for 30% of all deaths in the world (WHO report, 2010). Of these, 7.3 million people died from complications of coronary heart disease (CHD) (World Health Organization, 2011). According to the State Statistics Committee of the Russian Federation, the incidence of diseases of the circulatory system is growing. In 2000, 2483 people were diagnosed with CVD for the first time, in 2013 this figure rose to 4285 people. The mortality rate from these diseases remains high.
