Modern tactics of treatment of malignant brain glyoma and the case of complete answer of the tumor on long-term treatment with bevacizumab

Gliomas are the most common primary brain tumors in adults. Wherein high-grade anaplasia glioma is characterized by disappointing prognosis, despite the modern approaches in treatment. Therefore the cases of prolonged relapse-free course of the disease, as well as treatment regimen and follow-up concerning gliomas with high degree of anaplasia are of exceptional interest. Also axceptional is bevacizumab, which in our clinical practice allowed to provide the patient with high-grade glioma the disease-free period from 2012 year to the present moment.
