Modern society in the digital economy

This article provides an overview of information on the digital economy and how it affects many areas of life and the country's economy in general. Digitalization is considered as a factor in economic development and improving the quality of life of the population. It also talks about the advantages of the digital economy, as a manifestation of the growth of the socio-economic effect with the introduction of digital technologies. A comparative analysis of the use of personal computers and the Internet by the population by sex and age groups is carried out.
