Current state of flexible forms of labor payment in enterprises

The article discusses the features of the use of flexible forms of remuneration, implying the establishment of differentiated conditions of remuneration, taking into account the complexity and quality of work performed, the level of qualifications of personnel, working conditions, creativity and the contribution of each employee to the achievement of significant results for the enterprise. The advantages and disadvantages of switching to flexible work schemes are noted. The article analyzes the most common forms of flexible remuneration systems. The necessity of using various forms of borrowed labor in the modern world is substantiated: outsourcing, outstaffing, personnel leasing. A practical approach to the problem under study is considered on the example of the transport company «Aspeg». Taking into account the identified problems in the organization of remuneration and incentives for the personnel of the transport company, a policy of increasing material incentives is proposed, the main purpose of which is to increase the interest of employees in faster and at the same time qualitative implementation of their labor functions, which will lead to an increase in the quality and efficiency of the work performed, and as a consequence, the main economic indicators of the enterprise. The importance of intangible incentives for greater involvement of existing staff in the labor process, faster recruitment and recruitment of new employees is revealed.
