Current state and prospects for the development of physical culture and sport in Russia

The changes that occurred after the collapse of the USSR affected the sphere of physical culture, as well as legislative and executive areas. In sports, such changes were characterized by a redistribution of powers, which led to a sharp decline in the financing of sports and physical culture in the state. Conducted programs aimed at the development of physical culture and ensuring a healthy lifestyle. It was thanks to them that it was possible to maintain the physical education management system at the state level. Thus, at present, certain structural changes in the management of physical culture and sports have taken place in Russia. However, the prospects for the development of reforms are hindered by the lack of special legislative acts that allow to fully regulate managerial and economic relations between various sports and sports organizations, sponsors, public and state organizations. This article will consider the general state of the modern development of physical culture, taking into account all the changes and prospects for further development of sports.
