Modern state and prospects of development of cinema industry organizations in Russia

The article presents main theoretical aspects of contemporary theatrical economy sector. It clarifies the essential understanding of the «cinema» definition and the typology of enterprises engaged in film screening. The current state is analyzed based on the 2014-2016 statistical data. It gives classification features for cinema enterprises division. It also analyses the largest theatrical networks of Russia and St. Petersburg. We present the author's vision of the promising areas of cinema sector in Russia.
