Special economic zones in Russia: current state and development outlooks

The current state of Special Economic Zones in Russia is analyzed in the paper; special entrepreneurship regimes, taxation privileges, powers and functions of the management bodies and authorities are considered herein. An analysis of the attracted investments, shortages and development outlooks for the SEZs is given in this paper.
