Current state and reform of legal relations in the field of pension provision

The article is devoted to the topical issues of legal relations in the field of pensions, also discusses some of the problems that most often arise in the field of pensions. The article reveals the shortcomings of the current system of pension provision of the population and outlines the directions of reforms of the pension system. The characteristic of the new pension reform is given and the main ways of solving this problem are highlighted.
