Current state and socio-economic development regions of the North in modern conditions

The article defines the current state and socio-economic development of the regions of the North in modern conditions; characterizes the strategy of socio - economic development of the republic; the created socio-economic potential of the North is the basis for increasing economic activity; the fundamental direction is proposed and explains the situation about the self-development of regions of the North as a subject of the Russian Federation for more effective functioning of the economy in the market environment and in the global economy, ensuring decent living conditions of the population by rational use and reproduction of natural resources, economic and intellectual potential; considerable attention is paid to questions of strategy; implementation stages of the Strategy - 2030.; In this connection, the main directions for the socio-economic development of the regions of the North in modern conditions were formulated.
