Modern state and vitality structure of natural populations of a rare species Dictamnus gymnostylis Stev. in the South Urals

The results of the research of state and vitality structure of 20 natural populations of rare decorative species of the South Urals - Dictamnus gymnostylis Stev. are presented. The total area of ​​all the test coenopopulations is 30-40 hectares. The total number of species in the region an estimated 18-22 thousand individuals. Analysis of vitality structure showed that 8 of coenopopulations are thriving, one of coenopopulations close to the equilibrium and 11 coenopopulations are depression. The state of most populations is stable. Threat to the extinction of a species is absent in the region.
