Modern condition of investments in real estate in Ukraine

Real estate investments are long-term capital investments. Real estate has its own characteristics that significantly affect the environment for managing a real estate portfolio. The real estate market is a mechanism that ensures the interaction of individuals or legal entities in order to exchange existing rights to real estate for money or other assets. The real estate market is an integral part of the investment market and represents its real sector, which operates in parallel with the financial investment sector. Unlike real estate investments, stocks, bonds and other paper investments are acquired solely for investment purposes; while investors buy real estate for operational purposes, including capital gains.
