Current state of small and medium-sized businesses in Russia

The article is devoted to the issues of functioning of small and medium-sized businesses at the present stage. The role of small and medium-sized businesses in the national economy is determined. The structure of small businesses and the number of employees for the period 2017-2020 are analyzed, the problems of reducing small and medium-sized enterprises in 2020 are identified.The impact of coronavirus infection on the functioning of small and medium-sized businesses is considered. Measures of state support for small and medium-sized businesses are defined.
