The current state of the development of the industrial and product platform of flying cars based on artificial intelligence

In the framework of several interdisciplinary articles devoted to the creation of the latest vehicles using artificial intelligence, an attempt is made to determine the legal mechanisms for regulating their use. The features of these vehicles and how to use them are investigated. The concepts, functioning and prospects of the use of flying cars are considered, which to a large extent determines the methods of legal regulation of their use. A review of modern technologies of flying cars created on the basis of artificial intelligence, which is necessary for the formation of modern certification systems for aircraft in Russia and the countries of the European Union.
