The current state of the labor market in Russia is characterized by a number of features and trends.The article analyzes the current features of the Russian labor market in modern conditions, analyzes the change in the unemployment rate due to macroeconomic and foreign policy conditions; examines the trends in the development of the labor market, including in connection with the active introduction of artificial intelligence systems into economic systems at the management and production levels; the large-scale support measures provided by the state to unemployed citizens are analyzed: opportunities for mastering new specialties; retraining and advanced training, starting your own business, supporting self-employment, etc.; trends in the emergence of new professions are studied, trends in changes in vocational education are analyzed, including in connection with new requirements in the labor market and the introduction of artificial intelligence technologies and automation of production and management, etc. Having conducted the analysis, in general, there is a further development of a flexible and adaptive labor market, requiring employees to constantly improve their skills and be ready to adapt to changes. It is important that the government and business cooperate to ensure the stability and support of workers in the modern labor.
