The current state of agriculture in the regions of the Siberian federal district

The article discusses the main trends and factors in the development of agricultural production in the regions of the Siberian Federal District. The composition and structure of commercial products, the specialization of the regions are determined. The characteristic of the development of crop production and animal husbandry is given, quantitative and qualitative factors are analyzed, reserves for production growth are identified. The production of basic foodstuffs per capita is studied, the conclusion is drawn about the need for inter-regional exchange. The study is based on statistical data for the period 2016-2018.
