The modern condition of innovations’ financing system in Russia

The article analyzes the key elements of the innovation financing system in Russia. The main directions of innovation policy of most developed countries are defined. The problems of the modern mechanism of support for innovation in Russia, which led to the conclusion that the increase in budget financing did not lead to a corresponding increase in innovative activity of enterprises. The effectiveness of the national innovation system as a whole is evaluated. The expediency of improvement of financing of innovative activity in the direction of formation of new structure of financial resources of the Russian Federation is proved.
