Current state of out-patient care services in the Volgograd region

The paper analyzes the distribution of out-patient physicians in the Volgograd region. The authors determined the extent of health care professionals deficit including out-patient physicians and pediatricians as well as other health care providers. The article also presents an age- and gender-based analysis and qualification assessment of health professionals.
